Digital report including pictures, descriptions, and recommendations for all defects, delivered within 24 hours.
Thermal Imaging scan of the home is included in all inspections, providing additional information on moisture issues, insulation, HVAC and electrical components not visible to the naked eye.
Visual inspection of the Exterior, Roof, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Structure, Windows and Doors, Attic, Insulation, and interior Finishes.
What is Included:
The majority of new homes sold in Saskatoon come with a new home warranty. New Home warranty often covers full repair or replacement , by the original builder, of any components of the home that are either not functioning as intended during the first year of ownership. After the first year, the cost of repairs is usually prorated, forcing the owner to bear a portion of the cost. New home warranty inspections allow the owner to present the builder with a list of deficiencies needing repair before the 1 year deadline has passed.
