Highly recommend Brendan to all my friends and family! Was very thorough and helpful. Answered any questions I had. Gave a very detailed report with pictures and recommendations on how to fix issues that came up. Can't go wrong with this guy!

Brendan was great. He was thorough and provided us a detailed report of concerns for our home and also what we would need to do to remediate them. He is personable and was very good at explaining things so that I could understand them while we were on the walkthrough.

Brendan was great. He was on time and did a thorough inspection. The house we were looking at was a project house and the thing that sets Brendan apart from a normal inspector is his past building and renovating experience. I had lots of questions about how to fix stuff or ideas on changes and he had all the answers because he’s done all that stuff. So he was a wealth of knowledge on top the normal inspection. Would highly recommend!

Brendan Young recently completed a home inspection for me. I would highly recommend his services. He was friendly, helpful, thorough and immediately put me at ease. He took time to explain the minor things that I would want to address at the property and talked me through exactly how to remedy the issues. He also explained how everything worked in detail in the mechanical room and explained the regular service and maintenance that would be required for the furnace, AC, etc. Brendan’s report was emailed promptly and was very detailed.
