He is very personable, has a great attitude, and uses some pretty neat gadgets to make sure that nothing is missed (drone, thermal cameras, humidity testers etc.). The reports that he provides after his inspections are informative with pictures, descriptions and even videos (this isn't as common).While other inspectors charge a full fee for apartment unit inspection (same fee whether the home is 2500 sqft or it's a small condo), Brendan offers special rate for apartment inspections. I was so happy with his services as he managed to book me in the same day I called because I was in a time jam (such a stressful time and thankfully with their help everything worked out) He thoroughly explained EVERYTHING and gave us some tips on how we can fix some of the issues found with the home.He also saved us an insane amount of money and stress for future by inspecting the furnace and water heater that were most likely going to quit on us during the winter, we didn’t know they needed to be replaced.
